How do I upgrade/downgrade my account?

If your student numbers have changed, you may need to upgrade or downgrade your Vivid Practice plan. 

  • Log in to vividpractice.com using your teacher login credentials.

  • Click “Account” in the menu on the left side.

  • Click “My Account” at the top of the page.

  • Choose the plan you want to change to under “Change Plan” and click the button to proceed to the payment screen.

If there is a refund owing to you (e.g. you have unused days on your previous plan) we will issue that refund and email to let you know.
