How do I upgrade/downgrade my account?

If your student numbers have changed, you may need to upgrade or downgrade your Vivid Practice plan.
Log in to vividpractice.com using your teacher login credentials.
Click “Account” in the menu on the left side.
Click “My Account” at the top of the page.
Choose the plan you want to change to under “Change Plan” and click the button to proceed to the payment screen.
If there is a refund owing to you (e.g. you have unused days on your previous plan) we will issue that refund and email to let you know.
