Teacher: It won’t let me add a parent’s email address in the student’s profile since I’ve already used it with another sibling.

When a student selects “Forgot Password?” on the app’s login screen, the system needs to know which student account is linked to that email. Currently, only one email can be attached to a student at a time.
If your studio parent uses a gmail account, you can use a Gmail feature called “plus addressing” to create an alias for each student. Type the “handle” before the @ and then add a + sign and unique text before finishing with “@gmail.com.” Messages will be delivered to the same inbox, but our system will treat them like two different emails. (For example, studioparent@gmail.com could be entered as studioparent+child@gmail.com.)
