Teacher: How does Vivid Practice handle my payments?

Payments are processed using a third-party software company called Stripe. You may also see an option called Link, which is a one-click checkout service built by Stripe to save customers time. Regardless, your bank/credit card statements will show the merchant as “Vivid Practice”.

If you experience any future payment issues, please note that using the Link service means we can’t see anything about the payment method you used. If you manually entered your card information when you set up your plan, Stripe will only show us the brand of your card (i.e. Visa, Mastercard) and the last four numbers.
