Teacher: How do I cancel my subscription?

When you have an active subscription, your “My Account” page will show an “Active Plan” section that has a “Cancel Subscription” button. Click that button to start the cancellation process.
As much as we like to help our customers, we won’t be able to do this for you. It has to be done from inside your Vivid account so that Stripe (our third-party payment processor) will know to stop automatically charging your card.
