Student: It’s not letting me open attachments in my assignments and/or in a message.

If your teacher sends you a link or attaches a PDF in your assignment or in a message, the app will open it in a separate browser window. If your phone has any parental monitoring or Screen Time settings that affect internet usage, this can sometimes cause issues with opening links from Vivid Practice. (For example, if parents have blocked the YouTube app or the YouTube website on their child’s device, Vivid won’t be able to access that link.)

Please work with your teacher to learn how they can best send you materials that you have parental permission to access.
